All cancellations made 24 hours in advance can cancel free of charge. Cancellations made after the 24 hour window will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee at my discretion. Same day cancellations or no shows will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of their service. LATE POLICY: if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment your appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled for another date at my discretion. This is to ensure all my clients time is respected. If you know you are going to be late please contact me prior to your scheduled appointment so we can make the appropriate arrangements.
